A Trade Centre Branch Manager opportunity has been newly created due to the ongoing growth and success of the most forward thinking and innovative window and door manufacturer and fabricator in the UK.

This company never settles. It has recently heavily invested in new machinery to the tune of over £3m and their production plant has expanded over time from 5,000 sq.ft to over 50,000 sq.ft. Their unwavering passion for continual development and investment mirrors their unwavering standards – they proudly and passionately ensure they provide all of their trade outlets and retail installers with the most technically advanced as well as rigorously hand-finished products on the market with faster turnaround times alongisde delivering complete customer satisfaction.

As the new Branch Manager you will have a vital role managing the day-to-day operations and housekeeping of the branch - effectively managing stock levels, branch budgets and allocated funds, ensuring that you exceed branch targets and KPIs.  You will also be responsible for successfully directing and managing branch staff through the development and delivery of a fully integrated branch strategy to guarantee that customer satisfaction is effectively prioritised and regularly reviewed.

Yes proven and significant experience in a similar Branch Manager position where you have demonstrated your strong ability to drive and increase branch sales is required as a given. So too is your successful leadership style managing an effective team who frequently hit and exceeded targets whilst providing excellent customer service, as well as your ability to monitor and analyse all branch activity including budget, stock control, stock variances etc. However, it will be your highly driven, confident and enthusiastic approach that will be crucial to your success in this role. Being a true self-starter with second to none communication, influencing and people skills will really see you prosper and make your mark within this special company.
