I have been in Recruitment since 2008, with the majority of that spent recruiting for CPG and Food Industries. Within my last role, I was able to manage a team of 9 talent acquisition professionals and oversaw all aspects of recruitment for North America corporate function roles. My passion is within R&D, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, though I have either managed or recruited for nearly every corporate focused role. I pride myself on my ability to build strong meaningful relationships with both candidates and with clients and passion to bring the best quality candidate for each role. My experience within the corporate space brings a unique understanding and perspective of a client’s needs.
