We are here to provide you with a service. Our consultants have been recruiting for your industry for a number of years and have built up relationships with a vast array of candidates. We do not send CVs for recruiting managers to continue the ‘sifting’ process. If we have been given the time to understand your business and specific needs on

individual vacancies, then we are sending CVs of candidates that you should make the time to meet as we believe they are suitable for your requirement. It all comes down to respect and trust, for new clients this is something we appreciate will need to be earned. Our consultants are given on and take pride in the service they offer. It is not just The Sterling Choice brand that can become tarnished from a poor service but is their brand as individuals.
