Are you a skilled leader with a passion for precision and innovation?

As an Engineer Shift Manager you'll oversee operations in a cutting-edge engineering department, within a food FMCG environment.

You will be responsible for minimise machinary downtime, improve performance, asset care programme, maintenance coordination and crisis incident manager.

Salary: £55000

As well as the ability to work at pace, you will also need to have:

• Qualifications to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent, ONC mechanical/electrical engineering, BTEC level 3 in mechanical & electrical/electronic engineering)

• Proven track record in an engineering & fault-finding role gained from a FMCG environment (ideally food industry)

• Proven track record of people management & delivering strong results through a team in a people management role

• Good understanding of HACCP principles & ideally IEE qualification up to 18th edition wiring regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead a dedicated team of engineers during shifted hours

• Ensure seamless production processes, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise

• Implement and maintain safety protocols to uphold a safe and secure working environment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise efficiency and quality standards
