A leading supplier in the food, beverage, and nutrition sectors is currently seeking a skilled Quality Technologist for their operations. This full-time, permanent position entails overseeing product quality and ensuring compliance with industry standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Your primary responsibilities will involve promptly identifying and reporting any analytical failures to the operational team, as well as efficiently coordinating concession, pre-shipment samples, and urgent orders with the customer support team. Additionally, you'll be tasked with conducting a range of audits and swabs to uphold stringent hygiene and safety standards. Your support will also be crucial in validation activities, including allergen, homogeneity, and shelf-life testing.
Furthermore, you'll play a key role in verifying batch documents and labels prior to production, as well as collating analysis results for the timely release of finished products. Not to sugar coat it flexibility is vital in this role.
The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience to the role, demonstrating strong organisational skills, methodical work ethic and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Furthermore, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential. You should be capable of working autonomously, prioritising tasks effectively and adapting to changing priorities while maintaining a sharp focus on quality and attention to detail.
